posible contemplar en simplicidad y en silencio, el contraste existente entre la aridez de la sierra y el verde de los prados f\u00e9rtiles irrigados por las aguas l\u00edmpidas del Paiva. Hasta 1834 pertenec\u00eda al extinto municipio de P\u00eara e Peva, de donde transit\u00f3 al actual municipio de Moimenta da Beira. <\/p><p>En su territorio, insertado en el grandioso Couto de Leomil en tiempos medievales, encontramos el magn\u00edfico santuario dedicado a Santo Ant\u00e3o, protector de los criadores de ganado y de los animales dom\u00e9sticos y de establo, con fachada t\u00edpicamente beiroa y rodeado de dos atrios: uno para las personas y otro para los animales. Es con toda la pompa y mucha afluencia que aqu\u00ed, todos los a\u00f1os en enero, los animales vienen a ser bendecidos. Se les a\u00f1ade una sepultura antropom\u00f3rfica excavada en la roca, bastante deteriorada, de \u00e9poca medieval, en el sitio de la Portela. <\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s de poseer un importante patrimonio arquitect\u00f3nico, Peva detenta algunos ejemplares art\u00edsticos m\u00f3viles de elevado valor, concretamente una cruz parroquial que la tradici\u00f3n oral dice haber pertenecido a Sendim, habiendo sido cambiada en una romer\u00eda de la Lapa.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7f1d6dc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7f1d6dc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00abPero, ni todo, cuando se relanzan ojos desde las cimas de la Nave, es drama.
